Why We Built This Site
Public case information in Clinton County is spread across Indiana MyCase, the county clerk’s hearing tool, state court pages, and local offices in Frankfort. This resource organizes those official routes so a person can locate an own-case setting, read a public Chronological Case Summary, or identify the office that maintains a record. It does not replace any court or clerk source.
What You Will Find Here
The pages explain Clinton County criminal and civil dockets, court dates, case lookup fields, court records, and traffic-ticket records. Local routing is kept clear: Clinton Circuit Court handles felony and general-jurisdiction work, Clinton Superior Court handles misdemeanors and several minor civil and infraction categories, and Frankfort City Court has its own limited docket. The Clerk of the Circuit Court maintains the county trial-court files.
What We Cannot Do
We cannot set or confirm a hearing, alter a case, accept a filing or payment, provide legal advice, release a sealed record, or issue a certified copy. Those requests belong with the named court or Stephanie Harshbarger, Clerk of the Circuit Court. Public portal information may be incomplete or late, so a time-sensitive fact should be checked with its originating office.
Search Partners
Some pages contain search services supplied by outside companies. Those services operate under their own practices and may charge for results. Clinton County Court Docket does not control their data or match quality. Indiana MyCase, the clerk’s office, and the court that holds the case remain the official paths for public case information and certified records.
